Breathe & Heal yoga classes at the Sutton Senior Center

You will be guided through postures (asana) to stretch, strengthen, and open your body, while bringing gentle awareness to the breath (pranayama). This practice offers physical, mental, and emotional balance through movement and yogic philosophy, providing both relaxation and newfound energy.
