Live Classes
How I teach is how I learn: with compassion, awareness of safety, intention, play, and an open-mind. I strive to teach yoga as a lifelong practice, on and off the chair or mat, so a typical class includes dhyāna (meditation), pranayama (breath control), and asana (postures). All bodies, minds, and spirits are welcome!
I currently offer live yoga and meditation classes in various locations within my local community. While each class may vary due to the time of day, I teach with the same style. Please view the schedule or email me for more information.
Private Classes

Online Classes
I currently offer meditation and yoga classes virtually via Zoom. Like with live classes, the class theme may vary due to the time of day, yet I teach with the same style: awareness of breath, body, and energy.
Because you will be practicing in your own space, I invite you to especially dress as comfortably as you'd like! Bring in all the blankets, pillows, and other various props! Make your cozy space entirely your own for the duration of the class.
