While learning yogic philosophy, participants may find space to grow in resiliency, focus, and self awareness with asana (postures), pranayama (breath control), and additional healing techniques.
Everyone will have a choice to receive Reiki healing during the final resting shape of Savasana.
Dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat, along with anything that supports you during your practice. This drop in class is for ages 14+. It is also free, with many thanks to the Sutton Public Library.
