Morning Community Yoga
SUN APR 26, 9 - 10 AM EDT (SUN APR 26, 9 - 10 AM EDT)

The basis of this yoga practice will include asana (postures), pranayama (breath control), and dhyāna (meditation). Everyone is welcome regardless of flexibility, strength, or experience. Through awareness with breath and movement, exertion and effort can take on a new quality.

Please bring your own mat, blanket, or towel, along with anything that supports your practice. Blocks and straps will be provided.
