ABOUT ME


Hi! I'm Lindsey, and I am a certified 250-hour yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner. I have been practicing yoga for about ten years. At first, yoga was simply a physical practice to move my body. As I and my practice grew, I realized that yoga is an embodiment of life. It is a way of being. I hope to help students practice yoga in their daily lives.

I also noticed a strong desire to undergo inner healing in order to deepen my understanding of myself and those around me. I became a yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner to help individuals empower themselves by recognizing their own physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual healing abilities. We all carry it within.
